My name is Shea. I am from Evansville, IN and currently still reside in IN. I moved for school and have not moved anywhere else sinceI got my glorious BA! My journey into makeup began when I was thirteen, but that was when my mom started making me put makeup on! My REAL journey into makeup began in April 2014, while working and going to school full time. I started watching the gurus on youtube.com and quickly became frustrated that I could not make my makeup look like theirs. So I started my instagram  page to show my journey and provide what swatches look like on medium to darker skin. Eventually my goal is to create my own youtube. Mostly my dream is to help others fall in love with the art of makeup. I have a corgi, his name is Loki and he lives up to the name. He keeps me up on my feet, and he is brilliant (I know because I trained him!)

Catsuit by Wet N Wild

Good day beauties! This past week I have been trying the Wet N Wild Catsuit liquid lipsticks. Or well I tried I should say. One day I tried the Berry Recognize shade and the Goth Topic shade. Well On the first day of wearing it was awesome. The fade it had from wearing all day was not extremely noticeable. It was a flattering fade. The wear is drying, but not as drying as my KVD or ABH liquid matte lipsticks. These are great lipsticks, or so I thought. On another day I wore Goth Topic, which is this gorgeous dark color brown plum color. Beautiful on my skin tone. It has the same wear as the first lipstick and the same horrible smell. But I noticed at the end of the day when I was taking my makeup off; my lips were swollen slightly. I just thought it was the fact that I wore matte lipstick two days in a row, so the next day I wore no lipstick to let my lips recuperate. Date Night Makeup

Hello, beauties!! Tonight was my husband’s and my date night! I recorded a video, sped up to 800%, of me doing my makeup. What is not at the beginning of the video is me putting my Mac Paint Pot in Latin low all over my eyelids. I chose to do some heavy makeup for this date night. I mean, who actually knows what to wear to a date that has ax throwing? Today I tried something new. I started with my eyes. I know, I know, it's strange. I started with my eyes because I have been more interested in the sharp eye. What I mean by this is that I wanted my eyeshadow to begin at a sharp point, and not slowly fade in.
